At Goose Lion Games, Inc., we believe playtime is more than just fun—it’s healing, laughter, and a spark of imagination for children who need it most. Since 2022, we’ve delivered thousands of games and toys to kids in hospitals, group homes, and underserved communities.
But here’s our challenge: We rely on in-person engagement, bringing hands-on board games, card games, STEM projects, and more to children who need joy the most. Unlike other groups that hand out digital devices, we show up, play together, and create unforgettable moments. To reach more children, we need a reliable vehicle.

Why We Need a Specific Type of Vehicle
While we are deeply committed to sustainability, our nonprofit operates remotely, with volunteers traveling between homes, group homes, and hospitals. Unfortunately, there is little to no public charging infrastructure in our area, making an EV impractical for our current needs. A reliable, fuel-efficient gas or hybrid vehicle—whether new or gently used—would allow us to maximize our reach while keeping our operations efficient and impactful.
Of course, we always welcome game and toy donations—we believe moving products directly into the hands of children is more effective than traditional fundraising. Larger companies have buying power that far exceeds ours, making product donations incredibly valuable in helping us continue our work.

Goose Lion Games, Inc. is a nonprofit charitable organization recognized under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) as a public charity, rather than a private foundation.
As a 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) publicly supported organization, we receive substantial support from the general public and governmental entities, ensuring our mission continues to thrive. We also qualify as an organization supported by exempt function income under 509(a)(2).
While we are not classified as a 509(a) organization, we gladly welcome and appreciate their support in advancing our mission.

With nearly zero operating capital, our team of dedicated volunteers and directors donates time, resources, and funding to make this vision a reality. We believe in direct impact, prioritizing product donations over traditional fundraising—moving toys, games, and resources into the hands of children who need them most.
